Today for National Vegetarian Awareness Month I have an audio interview with Evelyn Parham of Natural Raw Living. Evelyn became a vegetarian three years ago and has nurtured her goals through a supportive online community. She's an inspiration for anyone who finds it hard to make diet changes alone.
